FACES offers anger management in a one-on-one setting or group setting that helps youth and adults understand what anger looks like, where it comes from and how to recognize it. Both youth and adults will learn skills to help them develop and practice emotional intelligence, empathy, forgiveness, and self-control. Communication, self-talk, cooling down, boundaries and self-esteem are also topics of focus in this service, so that the individual develops the ability to control feelings of anger and address them accordingly in the home, work, community, and school settings. Anger Management services are provided by Joe Gasperini, LPC, Certified Anger Management Specialist II.
